Shipping Policy

Every order we ship begins life as a real project on a real workbench. Nothing here is mass-produced or sitting in a warehouse — we make each piece ourselves, one small batch at a time.

Processing Time

Most orders ship within 3–5 business days. Because we build and finish items by hand, this can vary slightly depending on demand or complexity. If something will take longer, we’ll let you know right away.

Shipping Methods

We ship all orders via USPS and include tracking with every package.
At checkout, you can select your preferred service — typically Ground Advantage or Priority Mail — and see the estimated delivery time before you finalize your order.

Delivery Time

Once shipped, orders usually arrive in 2–8 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method selected.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location, carrier rates, and the weight (or occasionally the whimsical shape) of your package.

Tracking

You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves our workshop. From there, the journey is in the capable hands of the postal gnomes — but we’ll keep an eye on it, too.

Where We Ship

At this time, we ship within the United States only. (We’re hoping to add international destinations once the paperwork piles are tamed.)
